Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix, about 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can (15-oz.) refried beans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, plus more for topping
  • 2-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Club® Original Crackers, for serving

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat, breaking up into small crumbles with wooden spoon, until beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water, and simmer until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Combine refried beans with salsa in small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over bottom of 8x8-inch baking dish.

4. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together in separate small bowl until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over refried beans in an even layer.

5. Top evenly with reserved beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and edges bubble slightly, about 20-25 minutes.

6. Top dip with dollops of additional sour cream, tomatoes, olives and jalapenos. Garnish with cilantro and serve with Club® Original Crackers.
