Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1/3 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed New England clam chowder
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Zesta® Original crackers
Directions
1. In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot oil, cook celery and onion until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients, except crackers. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve with Zesta® crackers.
