Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Club® Minis Cinnamon Sugar Crackers
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz. whipped topping
  • Cinnamon for dusting

Directions

1. To make the Cookie Butter, blitz Cinnamon Sugar Minis in a food processor until super fine. Add oil and pulse to combine. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl mix cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.

3. Add reserved Cookie Butter and mix with the hand mixer on medium speed until combined.

4. Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed until combined

5. With a hand mixer on medium speed, mix in half of the whipped topping to combine, then fold in the other half of the whipping topping with a spatula until smooth.

6. Top with a dusting of cinnamon and serve Cookie Butter Dip with Club® Minis Cinnamon Sugar Crackers!
