Green Goddess Dip
This green goddess dip recipe blends parsley, dill, mint, and basil with creamy feta and Greek yogurt for a bright, herby flavor. Finished with lemon and olive oil, it pairs perfectly with Town House® Pita, pretzel FlipSides®, or In Bloom crackers for an easy appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh parsley leaves, plus chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- 1/2 cup packed fresh dill sprigs, plus chopped fresh dill, for garnish
- 1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves, plus chopped fresh mint, for garnish
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup packed basil leaves
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Town House® Pita, Town House® pretzel FlipSides® or Town House® In Bloom crackers for serving
Directions
1. Combine parsley, dill, mint, feta, basil, green onions, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in oil until mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, about 30 seconds. Add yogurt and blend until just combined.
2. Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped parsley, dill and mint. Serve with Town House® Pita, Town House® pretzel FlipSides® or Town House® In Bloom crackers.
