Ingredients
- 1 box Club® Original Crackers
- Assorted sliced deli meats, like salami, ham, turkey, prosciutto, roast beef
- Assorted sliced cheeses like provolone, Swiss, cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Mini mozzarella balls or small cheese cubes
- Thinly sliced red onions
- Sliced mini pickles, like cornichons or dill pickles
- Sliced banana peppers or peperoncini
Directions
1. Arrange Club® Crackers on large wooden board or platter, creating central line or pattern.
2. Fold or roll deli meats into bite-sized portions and place in clusters around crackers.
3. Add small piles of cheese squares or triangles around the board near meats.
4. Scatter tomatoes, mini mozzarella and red onions in various areas on board.
5. Place pickles, banana peppers, and olives in small mounds or small bowls for easy grabbing.
6. Tuck leafy greens between other ingredients. Add small bowls with mustard, mayonnaise, aioli, and oil and vinegar for dipping or drizzling. Serve and enjoy.
