Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 pink or purple radishes, thinly sliced into wedges or rounds
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into thin sticks
  • 1 large seedless cucumber, sliced into rounds or sticks
  • 3 yellow, orange and purple carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 cup yellow and orange cherry tomatoes
  • 6 ounces white cheddar cheese, cut into cubes or sliced
  • Town House® Pita Crackers, Town House® In Bloom or Club® Original Crackers, for serving

Directions

1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk in a medium bowl until smooth.

2. Add in parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper, and whisk until smooth. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

3. When ready to serve, transfer dip to a small serving bowl. Place onto a serving board and arrange radishes, celery, cucumber, carrots, snap peas, tomatoes and cheddar cheese around dip. Serve with an assortment of Town House® Pita, Town House® In Bloom or Club® Original Crackers.
