Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded beef pot roast or slow-cooked beef, kept hot
- 3 tablespoons Korean-style BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional
- 24 Club® Original Crackers
- 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 2 large radishes, cut into matchsticks
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Combine shredded beef, Korean BBQ sauce and sesame seeds in a medium bowl and toss until evenly coated.
2. Place 12 Club® Original Crackers on a serving tray. Top each with a small mound of Korean-style BBQ beef.
3. Top with carrots, radishes, green onions and remaining Club® Original Crackers. Serve immediately and enjoy!
