Mardi Gras Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- 7–8 oz Andouille sausage, chopped (about 1/2 a package)
- 1 bottle beer
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- /2 tsp or more to taste hot sauce
- Club® Crackers for dipping
Directions
1. In a skillet, add sausage and cook until crispy (the sausage should be cooked). Drain on paper towel.
2. Add cubed cream cheese and beer to large saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Toss shredded cheese with flour and then mix into the cream cheese mixture until melted.
4. Remove from heat to add seasonings and hot sauce.
5. Stir in sausage and serve warm with Club® Crackers. Enjoy!
