- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 round (14 oz.) Brie cheese
- Kelloggs® Toasteds® Buttercrisp crackers
- Carr's® Table Water® Crackers
Directions
1. In small bowl stir together brown sugar, nuts and water.
2. In 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish place cheese. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese begins to soften. Spoon nut mixture on top. Bake at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes more or until sugar is melted and cheese is softened. Serve with crackers.
