Pulled Pork Cracker Sliders
Perfect for game day or summer picnics, this pulled pork sliders recipe features tender pulled pork, pineapple, and melted cheese on Club® Sweet Hawaiian Crackers for a sweet and savory bite. Easy to assemble and perfect for sharing, these pulled pork sliders are sure to be a crowd favorite!
Ingredients
- 24 Club® Sweet Hawaiian Crackers
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 slices of pineapple, cut into quarters
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange half of Club® Sweet Hawaiian Crackers on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Combine pulled pork with teriyaki sauce, tossing to coat. Top each cracker with about 1 tablespoon of pork mixture, 1 piece of pineapple, 1 piece of cheese and remaining crackers to form mini sliders.
3. Brush tops of sliders with butter and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar
4. Bake sliders until the cheese is melted and crackers are slightly golden-brown and caramelized, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and serve.
