This Springtime Toffee recipe turns Club® Original Crackers into a sweet, crunchy treat with buttery brown sugar toffee and a smooth layer of melted white chocolate. Finished with colorful sprinkles, it’s an easy dessert for spring parties, gifting, or anytime you want a fun bite-size treat.

Ingredients

  • 40-50 Club® Original Crackers
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with foil and cooking spray.

2. Place Club® Crackers on the cookie sheet in a single layer.

3. Melt the butter over medium low heat in a sauce pan. Add the brown sugar and stir until the mixture begins to boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Remove sugar mixture from heat and add the vanilla. Pour over the crackers and spread the sugar mixture evenly over the crackers.

5. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, until the sugar is bubbly.

6. Let the cracker toffee cool for 2-3 minutes then sprinkle the white chocolate chips on top and allow to melt. Once melted, spread the white chocolate with a spatula or spoon until even. Top with sprinkles.

7. Once fully cooled, remove the cracker toffee from the pan and foil and break into pieces.
