- Town House® Pita Crackers
- 4 oz. prosciutto
- 4 oz. brie cheese, room temperature, cut into small wedges
- 4 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fig jam
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange Town House® Pita Crackers on baking sheet in an even layer.
2. Tear prosciutto slices into smaller pieces and scatter them evenly over crackers.
3. Add brie cheese wedges evenly over prosciutto, and sprinkle with goat cheese.
4. Bake until cheese is melty and prosciutto edges are crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and dollop with fig jam and raspberry jam. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve and enjoy!
