Ingredients

  • 12 Town House® Original Crackers
  • 1/2 cup whipped goat cheese
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small orange bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup green peas, cooked, or thawed if frozen
  • 4-5 colorful radishes, thinly sliced or cut into pieces
  • Chopped fresh herbs, like parsley, dill or cilantro, for decorating

Directions

1. Spread a light layer of whipped goat cheese onto each Town House® Original cracker.

2. Arrange colorful bell peppers, green peas, radish slices and herbs on top to create decorative patterns resembling Easter eggs.
