- 1/2 cup whipped goat cheese
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 small orange bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup green peas, cooked, or thawed if frozen
- 4-5 colorful radishes, thinly sliced or cut into pieces
- Chopped fresh herbs, like parsley, dill or cilantro, for decorating
Directions
