Ingredients
- 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint or basil
- Town House® Pita Crackers, for serving
- Toasteds® Flatbread Crackers, for serving
Directions
1. Combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and black pepper in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and gently fold in pistachios.
3. Drizzle with additional honey and garnish with additional pistachios
4. Serve with Town House® Pita Crackers and Toasteds® Flatbread Crackers.
