  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 log (10 oz) creamy goat cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 box of Club® Original Crackers
  • Salt to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F

2. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and place in a bowl.

3. Add rosemary, brown sugar, a drizzle of honey, and a pinch of cayenne; toss to coat and spread evenly.

4. Spread bacon on a parchment-lined sheet pan and scatter torn dates around it.

5. Bake until bacon is sizzling and starting to crisp (8-10 minutes).

6. Meanwhile, with a hand mixer on medium speed, blend the goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

7. Taste the cheese mixture with a Club® Cracker; adjust seasoning if needed.

8. In a small bowl, use a spoon to mix together the honey, rosemary, cayenne, and salt to make the rosemary honey.
